Anyway, I've got something to voice out publicly.

Dancers are not allowed to take part in the Tchouk ball event. Fuck right ? I shall start my essay report now.

Tchouk ball's a non-injury sport as posted in the IN newspaper. Although the newspaper claims it that way, there're also other injury that might happened on us. However, the probability is lower.

If playing tchouk ball can injure ourselves, dancing is not an exceptional activity. Whatever we do, there'll always have chances of getting hurt. Our daily activities. Yes, probablity maybe lower but that depends on how you look from an angle.

Playing tchouk ball can give us, kent ridgeans, opportunities to portray our school values. "Fitness in body and mind". If the school's restricting us, I don't see what's the point in having this value included as our school values.

Ironical.

They want us to show that we have this value, they must also provide us with opportunities. Since we can also do that during our PE lessons, dancers have lesser chances of portraying our school values since they're not allowed to take part in any sport events.

If they have lesser chance, HOW THE FUCK IS THE SCHOOL GOING TO PICK THE STUDENT OF THE YEAR WITH AN UNFAIR JUDGEMENT ?

Things that we learnt during our Character development lessons have gone to waste. All the valuable lessons from our teachers has gone down the drain. Who could resist that from happening ? & this people, is none other then, the school.

Come to think of it, restricting dancers from taking part in a school sport event can affect many students.

By allowing dancers to play tchouk ball, we can exercise more and relieve the stress that we, the graduating batch, are experiencing. From another angle, the school cares for us. Isn't that what the school has to do ?

If not, why would our parents send us to school ? What is this ? Our parents ACTUALLY entrust the school our safety. If anything happens to us, they'll have to account for it.

It's rather tough for dancers to have both goals going on, so that will increase the stress in us, and somehow train us to be responsible students. Why is the school restricting us from learning to become responsible young adults ?

Dancers must learn how to balance their activites and this is a tough challenge for us if we were given this opportunity. & it's an excellent way to train us to be tough, so why is the school stopping us ?

WHY ? Give me answers and I'll stop protesting like a fucker.

Secondly, didn't our teachers teach us to follow our dreams ? We should perserve and achieve our dreams. Well, sad to say, this is my dream. The principal showed us examples of people perserving hard for their dreams.

That goes to show that the principal wants us to follow these people. If they're not going to give us opportunities, how are they going to make us believe that perserverance prevails when all else ends ?

I think the school's being illogical. All they care about is the dancers getting a gold with honours, that's the reason why they're always sending teachers or they themselves to come and motivate us.

MOTIVATE MY ASS. We'll lose all the motivation if we weren't allowed to participate in a school sport event. This is also quite unfair to each of our houses. The results would be inaccurate since not all of us can participate.

How could they all allow such inaccuracy to cause the wrong house to be the winner ?

Speaking of SYF, the school's doing this to build up their reputation, and they're using us to do that. What a selfish decision ! The claimed that we'll get more cca points for our O levels. However, MOE has already annoucned tht we can't use the points for our O levels anymore, I mean except JC, maybe. I'm nt too sure.

But I'm certain that it can't be use to minus the points from L1R4. So why the fuck should we do something that doesn't benefit us ? So what if we got a gold, it's not like everyone's going to remember the names of the troupe who won right ?

It's only the school who knows our achievement. & the school wouldn't publicise the names of our dance troupe who won a gold, right ? SO, WHAT'S THE FUCKING POINT ?

IT'S FOR THE SCHOOL'S PRIDE. & TO HELP THEM ATTRACT MORE STUDENTS TO THEIR SCHOOL, SO THEY CAN HAVE MORE STUDENTS PAYING THEM SCHOOL FEES.

In other words, it's good for the school. Selfish bunch of humans. Why are they even living in this Earth ?
